The Publishing Center has its own usr files - they're the ones in the Legacy\Books folder with the numbered extensions. Unfortunately, I have no way to tell you which reports they're related to. It appears that they're created in the order that you originally select a "chapter" - if you move the "chapters" however the file will retain it's original file extension.
Whatever you do with the regular usr files won't affect the book unless you make the changes through the "Edit Settings for Current Chapter" in the Publishing Center window. Thanks for using Legacy.
