Hi Kathie,

My Events are sorted chronologically because 5 months ago I was using PAF and PAF automatically sorts events chronologically. I wouldn't want it any other way. Undated events such as occupation and religion appeared randomly between other dated events so I was sort of forced to give them all dates if I needed them to be locked into a fixed order.

I don't know why the Access Table tblER couldn't be simply resorted but what if you exported to PAF and back to Legacy annd just use the tblER from the recycled Legacy file.

Better yet suggest to Legacy an option to sort chronologically.

You must do this one individual at a time.

*sigh*

Since this is going to be a formidable chore, I'm wondering if choosing
to put the events in chronological order is the right decision and I
won't want to be changing it again down the line.

Could I have some user input, please? Do you sort Events by Type or
Date, and why?

Kathie
