I was just able to reproduce my claim, with final build Legacy 5 Deluxe. The pedigree-style web pages expose living person's names at times, even when 'change to living' is checked.
The test case is actually myself! 1. My wife has two sets of parents (she was adopted), all living. 2. Choose a focus group of our son and his ancestors. 3. Tick the checkbox to suppress living, change to 'Living'. Generate the web pages, pedigree style. The starting point in the generated pages is our son; click to his mother (my wife). In the 'family links' box, all four names of both of her sets of parents show. It appears this is tied to having two sets of parents, so perhaps it's not seen too often. The suggested workaround, as mentioned before, is to export all non-living people to a new Legacy file, and generate the web pages from that file.
