Based on my reading of the GenMatchers information on
your web site, this add-on only looks for matches, it
does not provide a report or tell you when there is a
variance.

I'm drilling down all the way to spelling variances
for people and place names, any changes that my
co-workers have made to a foot-note or even a source. 
[I've already merged their files into mine.  Now I'm
just looking on what they've changed during the last
three or so months.]

So, it doesn't seem that GenMatchers will work for me.
 Please advise if my understanding *is* correct.

Otherwise, I am still looking for help (baby-step
instructions) on how to dump these GedComs into Access
(2000), then create a variance report.
