Brian, Phoned Ancestry.com Sunday morning to check on my trial subscription. Specifically asked and the staff person was working in a Utah office. I'll leave the second attempt at a trial for the Canadian 1911 census information to Monday when the Ancestry.ca service keeps weekday office hours.
