I use the terms 'possibly' and 'probably' for dates and have no difficulty with Legacy accepting. Criteria is based upon my considered opinion as to validity with 'probably' being a considerably stronger term than 'possibly'. I use the same two terms for locations..........

Ron,
If you enter the phrase "say 1900" for a date, Legacy changes it to
"Est 1900". So that seems to me to be a form of support. [I am using
Legacy 5.0.]

And Jonathan is right, you can't search for a date that "contains"
anything, like Est, which is too bad as that would be a handy search
criteria for other parts of dates, in my opinion.

Hi Pete,

As far as I know Legacy does not support "est".
