Thank you Sherry for your answers. I have always been afraid that I would
forget to put something into the next version, so the way I have done it is
get Version 5 deluxe, and then type in all the information that has been in
version 4 deluxe - and now if I have Version 6 Deluxe and delete the other
two, what will I copy from?
I don't know how to disable the anti-virus software, and then I wouldn't
know how to enable it again.
I am on Windows XP. As for back-ups, it is the prompt we get when exiting
from Legacy, so I back-up that file, usually with the surname, date and
year.
One other - I am sure elementary question - I am not sure what you mean
when you say "Only one folder should be kept, the rest deleted - (after
removing any Family Files that you might have in the folder)"
Well, if by Folder, is the same as Version - then how would you remove
Family Files - or rather to where?
By the way, I think Legacy is wonderful and have recommended it to many of
my friends.
