This sounded familiar to me, so I placed the word "IntelliSeek" in the search box of the archives and found seven previous posts. The earliest report of it not working was in May 2005, but with no public reply from Support. In December, after another post about it, Sherry admitted the site did not appear to be working. But perhaps other people aren't using that web site, so it isn't something the listers can comment on, or the programmers are concerned about.
I am running Legacy Deluxe ver 5, and checked it also, and this is the search string: http://www.profusion.com/nav?agt=0!&queryterm=John+Murphy&querytype=all I get the error message, "Error: Failed to generate requested dynamic page due to exception. Please contact your administrator." When I went to the "Powered by Intelliseek " home page (at the bottom of the error page), and did a search for Murphy, this was the final URL: http://search.atomz.com/search/?sp-q=Murphy&sp-a=sp1000fdbe But there was no Murphy found. Perhaps Intelliseek isn't supposed to be used for family history? It probably should be deleted from the Customize Internet Searches list by the programmers. Unless someone has some other info about this web site and its purpose?
