Carl mentioned a common problem I have when trying to do the repeat
message - if you go from the first person who has all the correct data
entered, then back to someone who has nothing entered in those fields,
then go to a third person you wish to repeat info from the first, you
will get all blanks. You may not even realize you went to the second
person, but this is generally the cause for the no-repeat problem.

On the other hand, another short cut for repeating info is to
right-click the mouse button over the field, and up will pop a list of
your last ten different entries. You can then select the info you wish
to repeat over and over again. This works for dates and events, too.
