Thank you, Brenden. Re the file sharing, we have both checked and
rechecked the file sharing folders. Perhaps I had better let my hubby
write to the list on this one as he is more astute with regard to
this.

On file sharing make sure that the folder which holds your current
legacy
.fdb file is the one you share. This is by default the Data folder in
the
Legacy folder.

I use my database on a notebook. I share files with my
husband on his notebook. We have file sharing turned on for my
database. Whenever he tries to open the latest update of my file on
his laptop, he only gets an old version, he cannot get the current one
through file sharing. Again, what am I doing wrong?
