Try one more thing that will prove if it's a window location problem 
. . . .  either remove Legacy2.usr from your Legacy folder or 
temporarily rename it.  This will reset *all* your window positions 
and sizes back to the default.  Then see if you still have the 
problem.  A new Legacy2.usr will be created, which you can either 
keep or replace with your old one.
