Glen, I list locations with churches and cemeteries as the city first as follows:
Tallahassee in Roselawn Cemetery, Leon County, Florida, USA The short form list is Roselawn Cem., Tallahassee, Leon Co., FL In the Location List I chech the sort box, then under the Sort Location List I go down to the "Direction of Sort" in the Lower left and select Right to left Now all the locations sort together with the City followed by any Cemetery or other type USA, Florida, Leon County, Tallahassee USA, Florida, Leon County, Tallahassee in Roselawn Cemetery If you know just the County it would sort as follows (Rural just being a made up Cemetery): USA, Florida, Leon County in Rural Cemetery USA, Florida, Leon County, Tallahassee USA, Florida, Leon County, Tallahassee in Roselawn Cemetery The only drwback is typing in USA, Florida, Leon County in the find bar to get all Leon County locations. But that is a small inconvenience when everything is there together. I see now what I was misunderstanding about how the sorting works. What you wrote below is exactly what I was trying to do but, you are correct in that the result in reports looks kind of strange. I'll probably end up formatting them as you do, with the dash or parentheses. Good tips! Thanks again.
