Morning all;
I attempted to use the Research Guidance part of Legacy 6 for the
first time last night. It seems like a nice feature to tell me what
I have done or where I have been to find a particular person. What I
found distressing about it though, I can't seem to find a way to
detach that part of the program and go and look at the family
again. When I minimize that screen, I'm locked out of the rest of
the program as well. I have to close the Research Guidance part to
open up the family view again.
There were times while using this feature I ended up writing down the
information on the family I was researching which I found very time
consuming. Usually I split my desktop and have my research web site
open and the other half has Legacy open so I can view the family I'm
working on.
Q) Is there a way to minimize the Research Guidance screen and scroll
through the Family or Descendant screen both at the same time?
Thank you,
Paul
