I am using File ID to locate a document that is in a binder. As an example: a Illinois US Census with five members in the family. In the source detail field for each of the five family members, I will enter a unique number for this census record (IL015). Now say I wanted to search for all the individuals in that File ID (IL015). I can not do it in the "Query by Example" window, nor the "Detail Search" window, nor the "Miscellaneous Searches" window, since they do not have a File ID tab or pull-down item. I could find them by printing a File ID Report, but there must be an easier way.
Another search would be to look for all the File ID items an individual would have.
