The Publishing Center has it's own set of usr files. They're in the c:\Legacy\Books folder and are created in sequence with each "chapter" so they don't the usual file names that you see for the usr files in the c:\Legacy folder. So deleting the usr files doesn't help with Publishing Center problems.
