It's been reported to the programmers.  They're not around this week so I
have no way to check if it was intentional, an oversight or something that
Access can't handle.

I just looked at the db in MS Access. It looks like the BirthSD column
(sorted birthdate) is getting a value of zero. Since the default value of
this field is -99999999, it looks like it is intentional. Someone from
Millennia will have to comment.
