One handy windows feature is to set up (install) a "print to file"
printer -- it's similar in operation to a FAX printer. Once
installed, all you need then do is select that printer (instead of
using your default) and print your reports to it. It will ask you
for a path and filename and will create the text file.

To set one up click on Start > Settings > Printer > Add printer >
Local printer > Use the port = File > Type of printer = Generic -
Text only.

The above may vary slightly depending on your operating system.
