Steve, I recall someone maybe the suggestion that you use a built-in
Legacy tool to move the current RINs into the UserID field, so that if
the RINs somehow got renumbered, your files would still work, based on
the User ID. But I looked at the help file, and I cannot find the
location of the tool. Maybe it doesn't do it automatically?

So I guess it would be helpful to know if there is an automatic way of
importing the RIN into the User ID field.
