Yes, this has happened to me - and you'd think you'd learn, but when
you don't print a report for a month, you forget all over again.

So I would second the notion of somehow making it easier to remember
to fix the title. Perhaps the report title should show up at the top
of the dialog box? Or somewhere there so you can say to yourself,
hmmm, I'm not working on Family B - oh yeah....
