Sandra,
Go to Reports > Books and Other and click on the Forms Centre button.
You should see two entries Census Forms and Relationship Diagrams, click
the plus sign beside the Relationship Diagrams and you will see a list
of 13 languages including German. Select English and Click Preview to
see the English Version.
If you do not see the list of forms then perhaps Legacy is not looking
in the correct forms folder. Look in the lower left and if it does not
say C:\Legacy\forms click the browse button to change the folder Legacy
is looking in for blank forms.
