There are a couple of ways that you can contact us: Problem Report Form on our website at http://www.legacyfamilytree.com/Problems.asp - unfortunately, with this, we can't keep a running account of previous correspondence if you reply using this form to my reply to you. Web-based email - set up an account with Yahoo!, Gmail, Hotmail, etc. We haven't had any reports with those email addresses not getting through. For some strange reason, we're having difficulty getting through to South Africa. If you know of anyone from that country who is saying that we're not responding, again, have them set up a web-based email account and our replies should get through with no problem.
