I see William has already suggested the Calendar List
Report.  Another tack would be to use what I call
the individuals report.  Select View>Name List.
At the bottom of the dialog box there's a "Print" button.
click on that and up comes a nice report writer that will
allow you to dump everyone in your database and various
events, including Date of Birth.  Select .csv file output and
sort with Excel or any other program you have handy that
will read CSV files.
It is kinda the long way around.  Maybe the calendar report
already mentioned does more of what you want faster.
