Hi Byron,
Just in case you haven't found the right place in Report Options to turn on/off Private Individuals: It's on the Format Tab - a Checkbox for including Private. You may find this is checked.

With Web Pages it's on the Who tab.

They appear to be working in the latest version: 6.0.0.83

If these checkboxes aren't checked then maybe the .usr file has been corrupted and needs to be deleted - though you said you've been down that route.

Would like to ask if anyone else has had, or is experiencing any problem with the 'privacy' setting switches on individuals not working as it should.

i.e. An individual is marked as 'private' so that their name and info is stated as 'Private' on reports and web pages. Currently, all individuals I have marked as 'PRIVATE', are displayed on reports and web pages with their full names, rather than 'private' like it should. Events marked private now appear to stay private when selected, but had a problem with those also.

Have tried all methods suggested from Legacy support page, etc, yadada,,,, including uninstall, re-install, delete and reset .usr files, delete, export, import, restore, convert to/from with other programs, update, etc,,, that you could possibly imagine at this point.

At this point I am at wits end. Tthis group is probably my last resort before I completely remove Legacy and rebuilt my web pages with something else that I don't like, but keeps me legal.

Any and all HELPFUL hints or solutions would be appreciated more than you can know.

Byron
