I'm combining all my Legacy databases into one main database. I thought I would share with you my means of being able to share a partial file later with others. I am putting in the User ID field a code that starts with the first letter of the file it was under. My Harris file will start with an H. I can later do a search on all User IDs that start with an H and tag them then allowing me to share a gedcom with those tagged. This will solve any concerns I had that made me keep them separate in the first place.
