Try resetting the Chronology Options (click on the Reset button in that window). If this error pops up when you select a specific timeline, there might be a carriage return in the timeline that's causing the problem. It can be opened in NotePad - take a look for the carriage return and delete it. If it's one of our timelines, why not just delete the timeline and then install Legacy again to restore that timeline.

I use Legacy 6 Deluxe (latest version), and when I tried to select and set timelines on the Chronology Options I got the "error 380" and the Legacy program ended. The solution for that error was to delete the .usr files. I did that and the timelines worked once, but when I went into another person to select timelines, I got the error and backed out again. Any suggestions??? Thanks, Bev Enter the drawing for a FREE Legacy Cruise to Alaska or a FREE research trip to Salt Lake's Family History Library. Open to users of Legacy 6 Deluxe.
