G'day from Western Australia, I don't think Mary need feel concerned that she is a cause of what I've highlighted. Just have a look at other messages and the "no spacer" situation is there as well each time.
I don't recollect it being a problem with the messages received before the cruise promotion started! It's a "list" thing that only Legacy can resolve. By deleting all of the unnecessary words (from previous messages) before we reply is an excellent procedure because it adds extra stuff to read. (I found one message that had about 4 sets of the suffix because there had been 3 or 4 replies to the thread.
