Interesting, I can't use the arrow keys until I've used the mouse to
select another tab - then the arrow keys will take me to different
tabs. Since I rarely use keyboard shortcuts instead of the mouse this
doesn't bother me - but perhaps it is an issue for those who prefer
or are limited to keyboard.
