I am trying to create a book using the publishing centre. I want to include several different type of reports in my book. I have chosen to include compiler information on the foot of every page. This appears to work fine for the first section of the book, however, all subsequent sections of the book has the compiler information over written with the text "continue on next page". I can't find a way to turn of "continue next page" text. Can someone please tell me how to do this? It seems to me that whatever settings you set for the fist section of your book applies to the rest of the sections as well. I can't seem to change the settings on other sections of the book because when I do they won't stick. Any advice greatly appreciated.
