Legacy will choose the surname of the father that is on screen when you
try to add children so you have two choices:
1. Add an Alternate Name of the name he changed to then swap that
alternate name with the main name so he appears in the family view with
his mother's surname. Now the children will pick up that surname as you
add them.
2. Manually change the surname of the children as you enter them.
