You actually have to join tblLR 3 times using aliases.

Here is a quick example...

SELECT tblIR.Surname, tblIR.GivenName, tblLR.Location, tblLR_1.Location,
tblLR_2.Location
FROM ((tblIR INNER JOIN tblLR ON tblIR.IDLRBirth = tblLR.IDLR) INNER
JOIN tblLR AS tblLR_1 ON tblIR.IDLRChris = tblLR_1.IDLR) INNER JOIN
tblLR AS tblLR_2 ON tblIR.IDLRDeath = tblLR_2.IDLR;
