The toolbar icons below the Husband and Wife are not all showing. I have
already set the Toolbar Picture Sizes to "Small only" and saved without any
change. I have removed some of the icons from the "Customize Family View
Toolbars" and they are removed. Then in "Customize Family View Toolbars" I
clicked "Reset Defalut" which shows all the icons again in that window.
After the save, all the icons still do not show but just the first 8 (ending
with the parents icon). There is space on the screen for more icons and the
customize seems to indicate that they are all selected. On another computer
the icons show without any problem. What is preventing Address Information,
List of To-Do tasks, LDS Ordinance (Temple), and Research Guidance icons
from showing? If there is a corrupted ".usr" file, which one needs to be
deleted?
Any help would be great. The online technical support topic "Toolbar Icons
Missing in Family or Pedigree View" was not the solution but I tried it.
Changing screen resolution did not help either.
