Susan, I, too, have intermittently seen this happen, but haven't been able to successfully duplicate it. We'll keep an eye open for it.

All fine so far. I am poking around Research Guidance. I clicked on #3 Suggested Sources, and at the left of the screen is Biographies highlighted, and on the right is Source Tip. The font is miniscule, and when I maximize the screen, the font gets smaller. I closed the window and went to Customize - Fonts. My screen fonts have the "stretch fonts when resizing check box clicked" and minimum font size is 6, and max is 99. I changed the 6 to 12, but that does not affect the Source Tip font. Does someone know where that is set? I had to copy the text and paste it into notepad to read what it said. Thank you.
