The feature you want has existed in Legacy for years and many
versions. However when users see the 5 source tabs on the Source
Clipboard and then realize that these tabs *don't* provide what's
wanted they don't look any further.

You can actually have 10 different Source Clipboards and can select
which you desire when needed. To set these up create a clipboard the
way you want it then click the Save button, select a number (1 to 10)
and give that source a name that's meaningful to you, and Save it.
Repeat this for your other 9 clipboards with different sources.

When you want to select one of these to use it, right-click on the
(upward-pointing) blue triangle and it will allow you to select the
source you want from your saved ones.

Note that the 5 source tabs permit you to also have multiple sources
saved ready for application, but in my over 20 years of sourcing
genealogy I've never found a need for applying more than one source
at a time for multiple entries -- thereby needing use of a clipboard.
I've found that the 5 Source Clipboard tabs actually confuse users
more than anything else in Legacy and help to hide the better
feature.
