I have made quite a lot of use of the Tagging facilities in Legacy, but
have never set up a Focus Group. To me, the two functions seem to serve
the same purpose.
Please can someone tell me what are the advantages of a Focus Group, as
opposed to Tagging and when it would be more appropriate to use Focus
Groups.
