It sounds like you want to create a GEDCOM or Legacy database with just the individuals in your focus group? If GEDCOM, go to File>Export To>Gedcom File. Then click on the Record Selection button and you will see where to select and set up your Focus Group. Similarly for File>Export To>Legacy File. Once you create the file, be it GEDCOM (*.ged) or Legacy (*.fdb), just attach it to an email and send it. If you don't know how to use your email software to send attachments ... well that is off topic for this group. But I would suggest starting with your software's Help menu. -- Dennis M.
