Re-Use of Axis code

Hi Folks,

I've have been working on open-source code (Apache Axis C++) for some time now. As part of that project the team I'm working with contributed a tool that adds trace dynamically in the build process. We would like to take that Axis CPP specific trace tool, make it more generic and put it onto an IBM site (Developer works). The code would still have all the relevant Apache Copyrights in it. However, I would just like to ensure that no one can see any issues with this.
