The page http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/OpenStreetMap_license is currently available in fifteen languages; at present it says that the database is avialable under the CC-BY-SA licence, which is right at the moment but will soon be out of date.
It is clearly undesirable for out-of-date information to be left around in any language but it would also be good to avoid losing translations.
