Hi If Govts, GOI and state govts release the data in GODL can we import the data to OSM ?
What is the compatibility of GODL <https://data.gov.in/government-open-data-license-india>and OBDL <http://www.opendatacommons.org/licenses/odbl/summary/>? Or We need to ask Govt to release in OBDL itself ?
