Needs to be tested and guaranteed in working order, or don't waste my time, please. After doing at least 20 12" i/pBook teardown and rebuilds, I finally accidentally ripped the power button cord socket off the motherboard... on a friend's of course. Soldering it back looks like it would be about as much fun as soldering my own lips shut, so I am buying him a replacement to save me the headache, which is why I stress that yours must be in perfect working order so that it does not nullify my effort to save time. I plan to use the damaged one in a project if anyone has any ideas they'd like to share (I've already done htpc, nas, and print servers with these in the past, so I'm looking for something new and really interesting).
