I have this video card that came along with my G5. It also came with
a better card, so I went with that card instead of this one. This is
the oem geforce 5200 card from a Power Mac G5. It has the ADC
connector and vga on it. It will work in a sawtooth g4 without
modification, and will work in other G4's with the trick detailed here

I verified that it works. Call it $40 shipped. It's a nice upgrade
for that G4 tower you've got, or a nice spare video card for your G5.
