I have two modem (cards) from Quicksilver G4s. Thought I would check here, in case someone needs one. Each is the Apple-supplied modem card that fits directly in the connector on the logic board and is held in by two screws and has a lead that connects into one end of it lead to the phone port on the back of the system is my guess.
Each will be packed in an anti-static bag and a cardboard sandwich, for protection. $8 shipped in the US. US buyers only.
