I've got a number if airport and bluetooth cards for all makes and models of
Macs. I'll list the more common applications but if you are looking for one
and aren't sure which one works I can figure it out for you and see if I have
one.

2x Apple OEM AP and BT combo card. Works in late G4 iBooks as well as a few G5
towers with an additional board.
1x Airport Extreme Card $25
1x Airport miniPCIe card from MacBook Pro, works in a lot of intel Macs or is
apple supported in a hackintosh.
3x Apple OEM Bluetooth cards: Work in early non iSight G5 iMacs, FW800 MDD G4s,
and some early G5 towers $25 shipped.
