DOH! Earlier I was selling my G5 because of WiFi and Bluetooth flakiness and
a perceived 'weirdness'.

Well, it seems those external antennas were not so optional. I just stuck a
little piece of wire in to contact the center contact on the external
antenna port and it appears to be working much better now.

WiFi reports less than 2% packet loss on over 12000 pings to yahoo and
google with no external antenna but I'm close to the router.

So, can someone shoot me a price on antennae that fit both ports? PO as I
mentioned wasn't a computer guru by any stretch.

I've never had a G5 with BT and WiFi so I just thought the external antennae
were more of an option. They are, but only if you want to take your keyboard
more than about 2 feet away.
