I recently received a one-owner 266 MHz WallStreet Series II that had been sitting for 5-6 years. It only came with 64 MB of RAM, and that's just not enough for any version of OS X. I plan to try Tiger on it and would like to acquire two 256 MB PC100 or PC 133 SO-DIMMs. At least one must be low profile.
