For sale is a genuine Apple Final Cut Pro 3 UPGRADE disc. To install this disc you need Final Cut Pro 1.x or 2.x. I was hoping to use this for Final Cut Express but it doesn't work so I am selling it. This version allows Final Cut 1.x and 2.x users to run Final Cut Pro 3 in OS 9 or X but you must have OS 9 installed for it to work in OS X. I am assuming you can use your existing software license but you will need to take your chance on this. There is no indication of requiring a new software license in the README file.
