The ancient G4 (model M7631LL/A) of a client of a friend refused to start last week. He took it to the official Apple technical service which traced the fault to the front panel board. Of course, they couldn`t repair it as the computer was too old. He called my friend for help and he called me.
So now I`m looking for a cheap front panel to try to revive the computer. Thanks!
