This is a Coolgear Model USBG-352SUS 3.5" hard drive enclosure. Accepts SATA drives (not sure about capacity, but will definitely take 300 GB drive). Output is SATA or USB 2.0. The power supply is built- in, so there is no external power brick. The case is white plastic, and features screwless assembly. There is also a built-in fan.

The Samsung drive itself is out of warranty, but is working fine. Included are the Coolgear enclosure, Samsung 300 GB hard drive, USB 2.0 and SATA cables, power cable, plastic stand, CD with driver (won't need this unless using with an old OS), and instruction brochure, all in the original box.
