Hi Swappers, I decided not to fix my trusty little ibook that has served me for the last 4 years on location photo shoots/travels cross country. I've run Disc Warrior and several other programs and the answer is the HD is dead. The message on the screen ( can't find drive, panic we're hanging, etc) It is good for parts or it be repaired and used by someone whose likes doing that. Cosmetically it has normal wear and tear.
