A missionary at my church is looking to buy a reasonably-priced, new or
gently used, good-quality laptop computer to aid her in further ministry
and missions. She is looking for an Apple iBook (or similar...iceBook,
PB, etc.) with a built in CD/DVD reading and burning capacity; the
ability to play DVD movies; and programs such as Microsoft Word,
Microsoft Excel, and Powerpoint (iWork would actually be preferable
according to her...She'd never heard of NeoOffice when I mentioned it).
She would also be willing to buy a computer that is refurbished and
needs programs she could buy. She would like to pay in monthly
installments if at all possible, depending on price. Her price range is
$400-500 shipped.
