Hi Swappers, Up for sale is an Xserve G5 rack-mount server. I was going to make use of this as a server for my own personal use, but I need money very badly and need to get rid of this machine as I'm not using it right now.
This server has 1 G5 CPU running at 2 GHz, 1GB of RAM, and one 80GB SATA HDD. I was running Mac OS X 10.5 Server to test it out, but as I have no DVD for it, I'll be wiping the drive as per list rules. There are two empty bays that take additional SATA hard drives. Due to the item's weight, I won't be shipping this item as cost of freight will be far more than I can handle. I'm asking $400 USD for local pickup from Brooklyn, NY.
